1.***ails of SJ101
LH-SJ101 is a bonded type high basic flux with ball from gray granule about 10-60 mesh in size. It can be used on AC or DC power source, and also can be used large current. Its unique features include stable arc, easy slag removal and smooth bead with head appearance. The weld metal shows good toughness at low temperature.
APPLICATION:
In combination with H08A, H08MnA, H08MnMoA, H10Mn2 ect. wires, this flux is suitable for welding of low alloy steels for important products, such as boilers, pressure vessels,pipelines ect. It is also suitable for multiple-wire submerged are welding, especially for butt welding of large diameter vessel with one-pass on bothsides.
Cautions:
1.The oil soil,moisture,iron and other foreign substances must be removed from the welding joint.
2.It is better to use direct current.
3.The welding flux must be baked under 300-350ºC for 2 hours
